Constant current TRIAC LED drivers are power supplies designed to drive LEDs at a fixed, consistent current (e.g. 350mA or 700mA) while allowing brightness adjustment via standard, trailing-edge, or leading-edge mains dimmers. They maintain stable light levels, prevent damage, extend LED lifespan, and often feature dip switches for multiple output current options.

Constant Current Regulation: These drivers maintain a steady current regardless of fluctuations in voltage, protecting LEDs from overheating.

TRIAC Compatibility: They are designed to interface with traditional, phase-cut (TRIAC) dimmer switches, making them ideal for upgrading traditional lighting systems to LED, with many compatible with both leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers.

Adjustable Output (Selectable): Many modern models feature DIP switches, allowing a single driver to be configured for multiple output currents (e.g. 350mA to 700mA) and voltage ranges.
