This SensorDIM LED driver is designed for sensor-based dimming, operating at full power when a sensor signal is received and at pre-defined brightness levels (0%/10%/20%/30%/50%/100%) when the signal is absent. It features output current selection via 3 DIP switches, offering 8 current levels (250mA to 700mA). Encased in an aluminium profile filled with silicon rubber, it is suitable for heavy-duty tasks and tough climates.
This driver has a unique benefit of output current selection, 3 DIP switches give customers 8 different levels to choose (250mA/350mA/400mA/450mA/500mA/550mA/600mA/700mA), which current is higher than the LED rated current, the
performance and life-span of LED will be greatly jeopardized.

HF (high-frequency) lighting sensors, also known as microwave sensors, work by emitting high-frequency electromagnetic waves and detecting changes in the reflected signals caused by motion. This technology can trigger lighting to turn on automatically, has a nearly instantaneous reaction time, and is capable of detecting movement through materials like glass, thin walls, and even some partition walls.
These sensors are highly energy-efficient and offer precise motion detection, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in applications like hallways, offices, and staircases.
How they work
Emitting waves: The sensor emits high-frequency waves, typically at \(5.8\) GHz.
Detecting reflections: It then receives the “echo” of these waves.
Identifying movement: When a person, animal, or vehicle moves within the sensor’s detection range, the frequency and amplitude of the reflected signal shift.
Triggering action: A built-in microprocessor detects this change and triggers the command to switch the light on or off.
Key features and advantages
Detection through obstacles: Unlike some other sensors, HF sensors can detect movement through doors, glass, and thin walls.
Fast response: The reaction time is nearly instantaneous, with a microprocessor almost instantly triggering the “Switch on light” command.
High sensitivity: They can detect the smallest movements, and with technologies like HF True Presence, can even sense subtle chest cage movements during breathing.
Energy efficiency: They contribute to significant energy savings by turning lights off automatically when no movement is detected after a set time.
Adjustable sensitivity: Some models allow you to adjust settings like detection range, sensitivity, and the duration before the light turns off.
Low radiation: The power of the emitted radiation is extremely low, much less than that of a mobile phone or microwave, making them safe for use.
