Description
Liteplan HRN/T5/6/28+54
The HRN/T5 range of 3 hour duration Emergency Lighting Conversion kits are specifically designed and calibrated to suit T5 (T16) fluorescent lamps. The unit has the benefits of a 4 Pole changeover relay – for total isolation of the control gear from the emergency inverter in the event of a test or emergency condition. An additional 5th pole HF relay – with built in time delay to
ensure the interconnected HF ballast does not see an open circuit condition when the fluorescent lamp is used in the emergency condition. Prevents ballast ‘Shut Down’ or failure. DDP – Deep discharge protection circuit on battery completely cuts off battery load at end of discharge. Constant current charger circuit – maintains battery at peak condition to provide 3 hours emergency duration. Changeover operation from mains to emergency operation occurs between 60 and 85% of mains voltage in accordance with BS EN 60598-2-22. The units are supplied complete with a suitable battery & a Green Charge LED
Designed to operate alongside the appropriate mains control gear and with 7.2V 4Ah NiCD batteries, not supplied.
